We’re investing more in health per person than any other state.

And it’s paying off.

More beds, more staff and world-class healthcare – because of the Cook Labor Government

Only Roger Cook and the WA Labor Government have the experience to manage our health system.

800 NEW BEDS

Roger Cook and the WA Labor Government have added over 800 new beds to our hospitals. 🛌

It’s the equivalent of a new Fiona Stanley Hospital.

And there are more beds on the way.

We’ve been able to deliver this because of our record investment in WA Health.

Only Roger Cook and the WA Labor Government have the experience to manage our health system.

INVESTMENT IN WORKFORCE

Roger Cook and the WA Labor Government are committed to growing our health workforce.

It means better access to care for all Western Australians.

And it’s another way Roger Cook and the WA Labor Government are doing what’s right for WA.

WOMEN AND BABIES HOSPITAL

Only Roger Cook and the WA Labor Government will deliver the Women and Babies Hospital at Murdoch.

It means better access to care for women and families in our suburbs.

It’s another way Roger Cook and the WA Labor Government are doing what’s right for WA.

As part of this plan, we will also deliver:

✅ Expanded maternity care at Osborne Park Hospital
✅ 2,000 new car bays at Fiona Stanley Hospital
✅ Expanding neonatology services at Perth Children's Hospital

UTI

Making healthcare more accessible can save time and money – that’s why we made it easier for you to get the treatment you need for uncomplicated UTIs.

It’s another way Roger Cook and the WA Labor Government are doing what's right for WA.

So far, over 5,000 women have accessed the service at more than 400 pharmacies.

This on top of our changes to allow WA women to refill their Pill script at local pharmacies, without having to visit a GP.
