It’s STEM-tastic news!

I am excited to announce a re-elected Cook Labor Government and I will deliver $30,000 to Ardross Primary School for a new outdoor STEM classroom. 

I have worked closely with Ardross Primary’s P&C to understand the school’s growing need for a new outdoor space that supports practical, hands-on learning, helping students achieve their STEM goals. Ardross Primary School’s P&C work hard for their students, and I will work hard to ensure our future scientists to have the best facilities to engage in learning. 

This commitment is in addition to $2 million for air conditioning upgrades at Ardross Primary School.

This commitment builds upon my recording of delivering for Ardross Primary School; 

• $40,000 for new science equipment
• $52,000 for maintenance
• $80,000 2021 Election commitment delivered; Softfall for the pre-primary area, new door to the canteen area, Kindergarten concrete area, drink fountains, long jump pit, Kitchen Garden reticulation, garden shed, grassed area for pre-primary students, grassed area for kindergarten students
